World Food Craft & Music Fair – Saturday 24th March 2018 – 10am – 4pm

Welcome to the 2018 Festival Of Cultures. Please complete the below form no later than 5 p.m. Monday 5th March 2018.
Completion of this form does not automatically entitle you entry to the World Food, Craft and Music Fair.  You will receive an email if your registration is successful. Full payment is then required before you are fully registered.

Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions before registering.

You can register by downloading and emailing a PDF from or by completing your details on-line below. Payment can be made either by direct credit or cheque.

Please note that ALL gas cylinders WILL be checked for safety at the Festival. Unsafe gas cylinders CANNOT be used at the festival.

Food Health and Safety Certificates:

If you are using power or gas on your stall or if you are selling food (and not a registered food vendor), it is compulsory that you attend the Festival of Cultures Health and Safety meeting. This is a good chance to meet other stallholders and event managers who can assist you with any problems you might have during the Festival.
Details on Food Health and Safety Meetings will be emailed out to you in early 2018.

Cultural Experience Marquee

This year we will again be running a marquee dedicated to cultural experience activities, where people can enjoy and try other culture's traditions.

In line with the PNCC Waste management and minimisation bylaw all food products will need to be served in compostable packaging.

In line with the PNCC Healthy beverage policy stalls will not be able to sell sugar sweetened beverages.
